Carbondale Skateboard Club

1 Jun 2018 – 31 Aug 2018

12:00 AM – 12:00 AM

Once you’ve mastered the basics, the best way to become a better skateboarder is to skate with friends and encourage each other to try new tricks and learn through trial and error.  This program is designed to bring kids together in an informal setting for supervised skateboarding fun and free-form learning.  We will meet every other weekend to skate at the Carbondale Skate Park and take field trips around the valley to visit other skate parks.  Participants will also learn about skate park etiquette, how to grip their own skateboard, how to make DIY grip-tape art, and hopefully a variety of new tricks!  Note: This program is intended for intermediate skaters who have the basics down and will not provide formal skateboard instruction.  Must have own skateboard.  Helmets REQUIRED.  All other safety equipment highly recommended.  PLEASE CALL WILL AT (970) 510-1279 IF INTERESTED!

Dates/Times: TBD
Cost: $70 for the summer
