Body Fusion

Our newest instructor, Lisa, has taught for over 20 years in Redstone and wants to bring her Body Fusion class to us!  Enhance flexibility through mindful movement, strengthen your core with pilates, improve posture with yoga, and maintain bone density with whole body integration.

Days and Times: Tuesdays, 9:30-11am and Thursdays, 10:45am-12:15pm
