A total workout, combining all elements of fitness–cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class!  This class is held in the Gym.

Days and Times: Wednesday, 11am-12pm; Sunday 10-11am 

Instructor: Andrea (Wed); Sana (Sunday)

Cost: Classes are included in your membership or day drop-in fee.
