Foam Rolling

Uncover everything that foam rolling has to offer to help keep your body in its proper alignment.  Learn what all the different varieties of foam rollers are used for.  Multiple class sessions are used to target different muscle complexes such as hip flexors, quads, shoulders, neck, and low back.  This class is designed to keep athletes functioning as their bodies should.  Foam rollers provided!  This class is held in the Gymnasium.

Days and Times: Friday, 7-8am

Cost: Classes are included in your membership or day drop-in fee.
