Yin Yoga

A slow-paced style of yoga with postures or asanas that are held for longer periods of time.  The aim is to increase circulation in joints and improve flexibility.  Classes are held in the Gym.

Days and Times: Mondays, 7:30-8:30am (Please note there will be NO class on Monday, May 27 and Monday, September 2, 2019)
