Winter and Spring Cooking Class Series

Learn how to use water bath canners, pressure canners, and other forms of preserving foods.  This class is a hands on and lecture format with a goodie to take home after every class.  Instructor: Carla Farrand. All classes limited to 10 people and run from 6-9pm.

Learn how a pressure canner works as we walk through each step involved in safely canning meats. Great class for hunters and fishers!  (Optional: Bring your canner lid for testing of the dial gauge.)
