Come to this class and leave feeling calm, refreshed, and energized through a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner.
Health benefits include relaxation, balance, flexibility, and strength for people of all ages. If you are stressed at work take a lunch time break and come feel the energizing effects of this class.
Tai Chi is a great counterbalance to yoga or alternative if yoga is not right for you.
