IMG_5196A great combo workout starting with 30 minutes of cardio followed by 30 minutes of total body sculpting using the Pilates method that restores muscular balance while strengthening and stretching the body focusing on ones abs and back.

Days and Times: Tuesday & Thursday, 8:30-9:30am (Please note Core Cardio will NOT be meeting Thursday, December 21 or Tuesday, December 26)
