These high intensity strength workouts will challenge you to push your overall fitness to new levels. Workouts will incor-porate the following equipment: kettlebells, box jumps, medi-cine balls, free weights, barbells, jump ropes, exercise balls, TRX., etc. This class is modifiable for all fitness levels.
Days and Times: Tuesday & Thursday, 12pm-1pm
Cost: Classes are included in your membership or day drop-in fee.
