IMG_5072These high intensity strength workouts will challenge you to push your overall fitness to new levels. Workouts will incor-porate the following equipment: kettlebells, box jumps, medi-cine balls, free weights, barbells, jump ropes, exercise balls, TRX., etc. This class is modifiable for all fitness levels.

Days and Times: Tuesday & Thursday,  12-12:45pm

Instructor: Jonelle 

Cost: Classes are included in your membership or day drop-in fee.

(*Please note that there will be no classes Tuesday, December 25, 2018 and Tuesday, January 1, 2019.  There will also be no classes Tuesday and Thursday, March 12 and 14, 2019.)
