Water Aerobics is a great way to tone and strengthen your muscles while putting minimal stress on your joints. The instructor will utilize full range of motion exercises along with some muscular resistance work using the resistance of the water. Classes are taught in the both the shallow end and deep ends of the pool.
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 8:00-9:00 am
Location: Carbondale Pool
Cost: $5 for pool members; $10 for non-members
