Circuits and Conditioning

This 60-minute high energy circuit based workout combines targeted resistance training with high intensity interval training for maximum efficiency. This class will emphasize functional movement, strength, coordination, and improve conditioning through full-body workouts.

Days and Times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6-7am

Instructor: Nevada

Cost: Classes are included in your membership or day drop-in fee.
